Refund policy

At Frost Boutique, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if you simply decide you no longer want your item.

We kindly ask that you check our size guides carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once production has begun.

Order Cancellations

As our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at frostboutique.skating@gmail.com. If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our best to assist you.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in creating every order, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, we're here to help.

Please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order by emailing frostboutique.skating@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll work with our production partner to find the best solution. If your claim is approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Instructions

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

If a return is required, we'll provide you with the correct return instructions and return address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
